If material uncertainty remains, we propose a paid, standalone diagnostic that you can use without hiring us to implement it. A budget range is not a final contractual price.
Each phase defines scope, deliverables, price and verifiable acceptance criteria. The next phase starts only after approval. Estimated business benefits are distinguished from costs and are not guaranteed.
The proposal defines functions, documentation, environment, scenarios, limits, tests, recipients and training sessions, plus closure and the correction period for failures to meet the agreed criteria. Correcting those failures is not reclassified as an extra service. Optional improvements or support outside scope are quoted separately.
