How we handle website inquiries.

What we receive

The form collects your name, email, optional company, selected service and business area, message and language. Do not send passwords, banking details or confidential third-party information.

Why

We use this to respond to your inquiry and follow up. It does not subscribe you to newsletters or campaigns.

Where it goes

Vercel hosts the site. Google Workspace stores the inquiry and sends the notification email. The form is not sent to AI models. Hosting and Google Fonts may process connection data to run their services.

Optional brief

The brief stays in your browser. It is sent only if you add it to the inquiry and submit the form.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become an engagement are kept for 12 months after the last substantive interaction.

Write to gustavo@gcaligaris.com to ask for access, correction or deletion.

The form is not a contract

Sending an inquiry does not create an engagement.
